Who You Are

Caddle is looking for a Product Manager excited to bring strategic consumer data and insights to the largest and most respected brands.

You have previously created solution roadmaps to solve customer problems, provide meaningful benefits to multiple stakeholders and maximize value for your company. You are as comfortable talking to customers about their needs as you are building a business case, scoping meaningful requirements for new SaaS solutions or discussing technical details with development. You have built go to market plans that have successfully brought products to market on time, at the right price point and have exceeded the original business objectives. You are experienced working with marketing and sales to ensure the benefits and value propositions are resonating with our audiences.

You thrive on the challenge of maximizing the value from existing products with current or new target segments as well identifying and defining new innovative opportunities. You are a quick learner with a creative and analytical mindset. You have excellent communication skills and are as comfortable discussing customer and business details as technical implications.

Duties and Responsibilities

As the Caddle Product Manager, you will shape how Caddle maximizes the value we provide to our current and future client brands and consumer members.

Your role will be very diversified and include:

  • Driving the creation and execution of product roadmap (and supporting product definitions and user stories) working with the CEO and leadership team
  • Working with leadership to create clarity around prioritization and impact on business performance of the roadmap as well as ensuring this is communicated to the Caddle team
  • Clearly articulating value propositions, ideal profile definitions, benefits and functionality details for use by marketing to develop impactful messages, sales tools and campaigns
  • Supporting leadership and sales to develop pricing strategies and customer proposals
  • Performing competitive & market research to support business cases, product definitions, target client and member identification and pricing scenarios
  • Regularly assessing the competitive landscape to determine adjustments to the solution offerings for both our clients (brands) and consumer members
  • Gaining a deep understanding of our client and member experiences, identifying and filling gaps and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve client and member experience and ultimately drive Caddle’s growth
  • Working with software to enable delivery of releases to meet business needs ensuring that they appreciate and understand the “why” behind the work they are doing
  • Regularly assessing the impact for the clients, members and Caddle of roadmap

Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience including roadmap definition and implementation for a data intensive, software solution
  • Experience creating and successfully delivering a Go To Market Plan
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) and appreciates the subtleties of working with external customers and partners as well as various internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and find creative ways to solve the challenges that inevitably arise with defining and taking new solutions to market
  • A pragmatic approach to delivering excellence
  • Data-driven and comfortable with various analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase)

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Loyalty/rewards smartphone application experience preferred
  • Scaling up or start up experience
