Canopy launched innovation into a net new category with a new brand and was seeking to understand product experience, repeat, customer satisfaction after the product has been in-market under a year.
SOLUTION
Caddle targeted niche cannabis consumers within the Caddle panel who had not only consumed the category, but also specific Canopy and competitive brands within the category. Caddle then conducted targeted research to collect customer experience insights.
RESULTS
In a new category with almost no data available in the market, Caddle was able to create a panel of several hundred Canadians who had tried a specific brand within the new category and provide Canopy with customer experience data for their brand, along with benchmarking data from their competitor’s brands.
