Domino’s is operating in a hyper-competitive space with shifting consumer behaviours and desires. Competitive brands within the Canadian market were gaining traction and Domino’s wanted to better understand competitive brand positioning and consumer profiling to refine tactics to help steal market share.
Caddle leveraged our Survey, Receipt Capture, and Re-Engage tools to identify, segment, and survey consumers in order to deliver competitive brand positioning and consumer profiling.
Within 2 weeks Caddle was able to identify and segment 5 competitive pizza restaurant consumers within the Caddle platform. Caddle tapped into these consumers to conduct targeted research to understand behaviours, attitudes and preferences – in addition to existing panel data, this research was used as the foundation to conduct competitive Profile and Segmentation Analysis.
