Your Role: Vice President, Brand Partnerships

At Caddle, our executive team thrives on unravelling intricate business puzzles with a blend of creativity, curiosity, and zeal. We are searching for an adept VP of Brand Partnerships to help spearhead our sales strategies, foster strategic alliances, and drive revenue growth. Your primary focus will revolve around the realms of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Retail, expanding existing partnerships while charting new territories with prospective clients.


  • Collaborate with the executive team to craft and execute current and future account-based sales strategies.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, steering them toward mutual growth.
  • Harness your network and creative campaigns to prospect new opportunities and expand our market reach.
  • Champion strategic initiatives like Reviews-as-a-Subscription (RaaS), driving swift adoption across target segments.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and uphold Caddle’s core values, igniting creativity within the team and client base.
  • Oversee and manage your revenue pipelines in Hubspot, adjusting tactics to surpass growth objectives. LinkedIn Navigator experience is an asset.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the executive team, driving successful contract negotiations.


  • A proven track record of leadership spanning over 5+ years, with a focus on revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue through innovative product development, strategic marketing, and fruitful partnerships in the Account-based model.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing business strategies, backed by a keen eye for metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Previous experience in a retail, brand, or sampling company is highly valued and will be a great asset.
